By accessing and using our sustainability skills training programs, you agree to the following terms:

1. Content Rights and Usage:

   • Student Content: All content, whether written, visual, or otherwise, produced by the student during the course will become the exclusive property of Voiz Co. This includes, but is not limited to, assignments, projects, videos, and any other material submitted as part of the training.

   • Marketing Use: Voiz Co. reserves the right to use any content provided by the student, including written and video materials, for marketing, promotional, and other business-related purposes.

   • Disclosure: Voiz Co. has the right to disclose the student's participation in the program for promotional and other business-related purposes.

2. Course Content: Students are strictly prohibited from copying, reproducing, distributing, or using course content for commercial purposes. Unauthorized distribution or commercial use of course materials will be grounds for immediate termination of access without refund and may result in legal action.

3. Code of Conduct:

   • Respect and Professionalism: Students are expected to maintain a professional and respectful demeanor throughout their participation in our programs. This includes treating all individuals, regardless of race, gender, religion, age, sexual orientation, disability, or nationality, with respect and dignity.

   • Diversity and Inclusion: Voiz Co. is committed to fostering a learning environment that values diversity and inclusion. Harassment, discrimination, or any form of bigotry towards other students or staff based on their identity will not be tolerated. This encompasses but is not limited to derogatory comments, exclusionary behaviors, or any form of prejudicial actions.

   • Zero Tolerance: Any student found in violation of these principles or exhibiting behaviors that are disruptive, harmful, or offensive will be subject to immediate termination from the program without a refund.

4. Refund Policy: Participants enrolling in our cohort-based programs will receive access to course content, coaching and mentoring, and live group sessions through our on-line platforms. Access to these platforms, in the form of links and login invites, will be granted on the cohort on-boarding date and terminated upon the cohort’s completion.

   • If you cancel your enrollment in writing at least seven days prior to the cohort on-boarding date, Voiz Co. will refund 100% of your tuition.

   • If you cancel your enrollment in writing with less than seven days remaining before the cohort on-boarding date, refunds are not available. In such cases, you do have the option to defer your participation to a future cohort.

   • On or after the on-boarding day, no refunds, whether full or partial, will be provided. Deferrals to future cohorts will not be available after this point.

5. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability: While Voiz Co. strives to provide accurate and up-to-date training, we make no representations or warranties about the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the course content. Voiz Co. is not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or other damages that may result from participation in our programs.

6. Changes to the Terms: Voiz Co. reserves the right to change, modify, or update these terms at any time without prior notice. It's the responsibility of the student to regularly review these terms.

7. Governing Law: These terms and any disputes related to our services will be governed by and interpreted according to the laws of Texas.
